Tom Lee brings more than 28 years of leadership experience in heavy industrial construction and manufacturing to his role as President of Gunderson Marine & Iron.

Throughout his career, Tom has advanced from field engineer to executive leadership, building a reputation for operational excellence, strategic growth, and developing high-performing teams. Before joining Gunderson, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at JH Kelly.

As President, Tom leads Gunderson Marine & Iron's day-to-day operations, working closely with teams across engineering, project management, production, procurement, and support services to deliver complex marine manufacturing and heavy steel fabrication projects.

His collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement help ensure Gunderson continues building on its century-long legacy of quality, innovation, and customer success.
